This page tracks confirmed issues that affect Celly but are not fixed in the current release. Each entry lists the symptom, the cause where we know it, a workaround if one exists, and a link to the upstream report when the problem lives outside this repository. New entries are added here before or alongside a fix. If a fix ships, the entry is removed and the change is recorded in the changelog.

Project fails to start at boot with failed to start runtime

Status: open — upstream sbx runtime. Symptom. On startup, a project is skipped with a warning and its sandbox never comes up:
The Discord channel shows the project as unhealthy, and /project start or /project restart fails the same way. Cause. This is a bug in the sbx runtime, not in Celly. The runtime returns a 500 Internal Server Error when the sandbox is woken, so the supervised opencode serve child is never created. See the upstream report: docker/sbx-releases#350. Workaround. Restart the host. This is currently the only reliable recovery; restarting Celly alone does not clear the stuck runtime.
